Staying at the hotel as near to airport ( just opp the hotel) for our early morning flight. The staff was friendly. Fast check in & check out. Provide free shuttle bus. Room was big.
So far nothing.
The environment is very quiet and have shuttle to airport
The breakfast time ended quite early
The staff is friendly and let us check in earlier, the room is clean and very spacious.
Nothing much.
SPACIOUS , CLEAN & COMFORTABLE WITH GREAT SMELL
The room is spacious, clean and the hotel provide complete amenities for the occupants. If you are a traveller with your own transport this is quite a good choice for your staycation. Ample parking space with FOC and the airport was just the opposite side. They also provide their shuttle to the airport on request. The hotel is a bit far from the city centre and all tourist spot is away from this hotel..But if you rent a car and you want a quite place for a good comfortable sleep then this is the best choice..and definitely you are not going to miss your flight too ? Your kids should enjoy their stay too as they privide the kids swimming pool.
spacious room and comfortable bed
breakfast very limited option for price
The breakfast was really nice, but that Morning, instead of Laksa, Kolok was there. i preferred laksa. Overall is nice
When we entered the room, the smell of Buah Terap still in the room. I think the staff should look into this matter.
The food was really excellent!
I have to call to tell that my room was quite warm like the aircond is not working. Turned out the maintenance didnt turn it on through their systems. It was all good once it was turned on.
Room good, view satisfied, convenience to park car.
Can't use the gym, swimming pool very small and not my expectations
The breakfast is amazing. The staffs are friendly and helpful
Could’ve better facility like gym
Staffs was really helpful and try to accommodate to requests. However, I wish that there is a an option of complimentary late check out if guest is having meeting at the hotel or convention center especially if it was a group booking.
Room and my wedding arrangements
Location no convenient store
very near to kuching airport
Noise can be heard from other room with children
Located very near to airport, no traffic, close to the city center.Comfortable and clean room
The staff were very friendly and helpful, from the shuttle driver to guards to receptionists. My room (superior king) was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I appreciate the fact that they have so many hangers available, and an ironing board and iron as well. The provided toiletries and amenities made things very convenient.I picked this hotel for its proximity to the airport, and it didn't disappoint. The hotel is visible when you exit the airport terminal. My room came with complimentary airport shuttle service, so travel to and from the airport was extremely quick and efficient. Don't be fooled by the proximity and decide to walk though--the roads do not have crosswalks and are not suitable for pedestrians. It was unfortunate that I only stayed for a single night for a plane transit. I would have loved to enjoy more of the hotel's offerings.
Location to airport
Bed not nice, stingy with towels, everything is chargeable.
The hotel is located infront of Kuching International Airport. With free airport transfer (only 2-3 mins trip) it is the nearest hotel to KIA. Never had breakfast there as as my flight is 5:40 am. Enough for overnight transit before continuing my journey. Limited time in hotel. Usually check in at 10 pm, supper and slept. Woke up at 4 am and go to the airport around 4:30 am
Nothing. Location is superb!
